SA CHILDREN UNDER ATTACK!  ACT NOW! 

There appears to be a dramatic escalation in the war on children. I have written previously about foreign-funded groups operating in SA that target our children with their wicked agendas.

Following the news that Top TV has again applied for a license to launch three 24-hour porn channels – comes the news that the Pretoria High Court has decriminalised sex between minors.

Judge Rabie ruled unconstitutional sections of the Sexual Offences Act that makes it a criminal offence for children between the ages of 12 and 16 to engage in sexual activity.

The law will not be amended until it is confirmed by the Constitutional Court – but there is no guarantee that the Department of Justice will appeal this appalling judgment.

Judge Rabie’s illogical ruling has far reaching implications for SA society and indeed for parental authority. This ruling will be interpreted as a green light for sex between minors especially in our sex saturated society. Legalised sex between minors could also legalise child pornography.

You and I must unite and pray fervently against this all-out assault on our future generations.

The Justice Alliance of SA (JASA) believes the Constitutional Court must send this matter back to Parliament to be dealt with by the democratically elected law makers of the country.

There is also much confusion about the procedure at ICASA including the public’s right to make its voice heard. I have called Ms Ndondo Dube at ICASA and clarified the procedure.

According to the Government Gazette, the public must submit their opposition to Top TV’s application to launch three 24 hour porn channels in SA by - writing to Top TV CEO at:
